Apam has been an Italian public transport service company since 1949. It offers inter-city and inner-city bus links in Mantova and its surrounding area. To mark its 70th anniversary, Apam organised its “Mantova Green Mobility Festival”, which involved three busy days of events, micro conferences as well as exhibitions and children workshops, shows and improvisation on how to become greener and use buses, bicycles and pedestrian zones.

Mantova Green Mobility Festival: promoting greener solutions.
Apam requested Gruppo WISE to promote the festival and encourage locals to use more alternative and sustainable solutions when travelling to effectively transform their city.
Gruppo WISE drew upon Mantova’s natural heart-shape formation to create its ‘green heart’ theme. In turn to advertise the festival, it created a unique logo to illustrate sustainable travelling solutions and urban promotion. Its colours draw on Mantova’s cityscape, and Apam’s own desire to connect the city’s beautiful sites with alternative transport links, creating a fun, original, mobile and active experience for a varied audience. Gruppo WISE developed a motto for the project and logo “Take your city to heart”. To promote the festival, the WISE team printed the headline and logo on a range of promotional resources for the event, such as leaflets, brochures and city guidebooks.
